We pledged our commitment to Fair Employment Practises under the framework of TAFEP (Tripartite Alliance for Fair & Progressive Employment Practises) organized and endorsed by Ministry of Manpower of Singapore, NTUC (National Trade Union Congress) and SNEF (Singapore National Employers Federation).
